As a benefit of membership the HRIA offers the HRIA Professional Mentoring Program.
The aim of this member only program is to help link established human resources professionals with students, emerging HR practitioners, and HR professionals looking to transition into new areas of specialization.
The creation of the mentoring program was based on feedback from our members. With your input, we have implemented an easy-to-use program that allows individual users to complete a mentoring profile and search for a mentor and/or protégé of your choice.
If you are looking for a way to further your HR career, get help with HR challenges, or give back to someone less experienced in the HR community, the HRIA Mentorship Program is for you.
The benefits of this program include making a significant impact in a colleague's professional development and earning CHRP points per hour of participation towards recertification of your CHRP designation.
HRIA requested that participants in the Mentoring Program take part in a survey to evaluate the effectiveness of the program. To review the survey results, please click here.
Before being allowed access into our program, every user will have to agree to a Terms of Use policy. Should violations of the Terms of Use be discovered, appropriate corrective action will be taken.
Although every effort will be made to match all participants in this program, the HRIA cannot guarantee a match as this is dependent on the number of program participants.
