• Positions are posted for up to 30 days.
• Exclusive access to over 5,000 members within the province of Alberta.
• Posting updates are sent to HRIA members each Friday. To ensure your job is included in the weekly email, it must be submitted prior to 10 am on Friday.
• Jobs are posted online by companies and/or agencies and will be published to the HRIA website within two business days.
• The HRIA reserves the right to review and edit all postings for compliance with the Terms and Conditions outlined below.

To post position(s) on HR Job Source, please set up an account with HRIA . If you are already an HRIA member, please login and post your position(s) through your Member Profile

Terms & Conditions

• Payment is due online at the time of posting. Jobs will not be published on the HRIA website until payment is received.
• Only one position can be included per posting.
• Job description can be no longer than 5,000 characters.
• Only HRIA members receive the member discount for posting jobs. To receive the discount, the individual logging into the system must be an HRIA member.
• Corrections can be requested by emailing Bailey Lomas. We attempt to make corrections as quickly as possible but please allow at least two business days for the change to appear online.  Confirmation of changes will be sent to the individual posting the job.
• Logos: For best results your logo should be 125 pixels wide by 100 pixels tall. Logos need to be in jpeg format.
