Before filing a formal complaint with the HRIA and where appropriate, potential complainants are encouraged to discuss their concerns with the Human Resources professional. In some circumstances, Human Resources professionals may be unaware of concerns until a complaint has been lodged. Also, before launching a formal complaint, potential complainants are encouraged to contact HRIA’s Executive Director. The Executive Director may be able to provide important information about how to proceed with a complaint.
You may verify whether an individual is a member of HRIA by consulting HRIA’s member directory. HRIA’s directory may be consulted in a number of ways:
For privacy reasons, members do have the option of opting out of the online directory. If you do not find the name you are seeking in the online directory please consult the office via phone or email.
