The HRIA Annual General Meeting takes place each year in May and alternates between Edmonton and Calgary.  The AGM is open to all HRIA Members and everyone is encouraged to attend.  The AGM is held for the following purposes:

• to receive financial statements for the year
• to appoint auditors
• to announce the election results of incoming board members; and
• to transact such other business as may properly come before the Meeting or any adjournment thereof

The 2011 AGM is at 5:30pm on Thursday, May 12 in the Imperial Ballroom at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, 700 Centre Street S, Calgary, AB.  For those unable to attend the AGM in person, the AGM will also be webcast.  HRIA has arranged satellite locations in Lethbridge, Red Deer, Edmonton, and Grande Prairie for those members who would like to network and participate in the AGM together. You may choose to attend in person in one of those locations.
