Wood Buffalo Human Resources Management Association (WBHRMA)

Effective 2010, human resources practitioners in North Eastern Alberta will be serviced under a new model of collaboration in conjunction with the Human Resources Institute of Alberta (HRIA) and other regional associations across the province. 

As a member organization serving on the HRIA Board of Directors, the Wood Buffalo Regional Chapter will be working cooperatively with the HRIA to strengthen HR leadership, information sharing and professional development for our region and our vision is creating a strong and healthy HR Community.

Local events such as professional development and networking opportunities will be determined by the local chapter and delivered in cooperation with HRIA.

Under this new collaboration model, membership will be administered by HRIA in accordance with the National Standards as regulated by Canadian Council of Human Resources Association.  A nominal annual membership fee will be based on your category of membership.
