Distinguished Career Award

Awarded to an HRIA member who has made significant contributions to the advancement of the Human Resources profession in Alberta.

Nomination Criteria

• Contribution to HR Profession - Demonstrated significant contributions to the HR Profession
• Knowledge Sharing - Committed to sharing knowledge and developing junior HR professionals
• Influences others with respect to the value of HR/Demonstrates to others the value of HR  
• Volunteerism - Actively volunteers with HRIA and/or other organizations
• Personal Attributes - acts professional, enthusiastic, innovative, ambitious and demonstrates determination and leadership

Eligibility Criteria

• HRIA member and CHRP designate
• Consent to the publication of both name and photo in connection with the HRIA Celebrating Excellence Awards Program.
